We currently have one craft retail shop in our Edwardian Stable Block available to rent ideal for a new small business venture or a businesses looking to relocate to premises within a retail based craft centre.

The premises available are approximately 160 square feet with an annual rental of between £3,250 + VAT per annum.  Rent to be paid by standing order on the 1st day of every month. Rates are payable direct to the Local Authority. Our shops are offered on a 3 year lease with the option to surrender the lease by giving 6 months written notice at any point.

We operate a none duplication policy within the centre on main core business use to avoid massive duplication and to offer our visitors more choice. We have a 4,000 square foot emporium with just over 40 stalls and have a waiting list of stall holders wishing to operate from here.
