How to find us
Blakemere is set in the heart of beautiful Cheshire countryside with ample free parking on site and excellent facilities. Yet we are conveniently located just off the junction of the A49 and A556 in Sandiway, near Northwich.

Only a 25 minute drive from Chester city centre and 40 minutes from both Manchester and Liverpool, we are easily accessible from the M56 and M6 motorways.

Directions from the M6
Exit the M6 at Junction 19 and follow the A556 towards Chester. After approximately 20 minutes you will come into the village of Sandiway. Blakemere is situated on the A556 on the left hand side approximately 200 metres before the set of traffic lights, which has a large Shell Service Station situated on it.

Directions from the M56
Exit the M56 at Junction 10 and follow the A49 to Whitchurch. Stay on the A49 and after approximately 20 minutes you will come into the village Cuddington. Continue until you reach a set of traffic lights, which has a large Shell Service Station situated on it. At these lights turn left onto the A556 heading towards Manchester. Blakemere is situated on the right hand side of the A556 approximately 200 metres from these traffic lights.

Directions from The Wirral, Chester and North Wales
From the Wirral head towards Chester on the M53. Continue to the end of this motorway, which then turns into the A55 expressway towards Wrexham and North Wales. Exit the A55 at Junction 37 just outside Chester and follow the A51 towards Nantwich. Continue on this road for approximately 20 minutes following the signs for the A54 towards Winsford and Middlewich, and then the A556 towards Northwich and Manchester.
You actually continue on the same road, the road number just changes, so follow the signs as mentioned above. Continue until you reach a set of traffic lights, which has a large Shell Service Station situated on it. Continue straight through these lights staying on the A556. Blakemere is situated on the right hand side of the A556 approximately 200 meters after these traffic lights.
From North Wales head towards Chester on the A55 North Wales expressway. Exit the A55 at Junction 37, just outside Chester, and follow the directions from Chester stated above.

Nearest railway station is Cuddington on the Chester to Manchester Piccadilly line (20 minute walk to Blakemere along the A49 heading towards Whitchurch)
