Throughout the year we schedule various
events at Blakemere normally held in the Edwardian
cobbled courtyard. Our entertainment
programme is free of charge and is designed to make your visit a
more enjoyable and memorable occasion.

Ladies Fashion Night: Saffi Boutique host an evening of fashion and fun whilst raising money for our very worth Charity of the Year. Held in The Coach House, the evening will commence with a raffle, followed by a fantastic Fashion Show and concluding with a Charity Auction. Food and drink will be available to purchase throughout the evening and Saffi Boutique will also be open for ladies to make some bargain purchases using the 15% discount available on the night. Good Friday 6th April |
Destination 49 Easter Egg Hunt: FAMILIES are invited to crack Cheshire’s longest Easter egg hunt again this April. Attractions and businesses along the A49 – stretching from Sandiway to Tarporley – have joined together to provide a full day of fun on Friday, April 6. Those who turn up on the day at any of the attractions can purchase a passport that they should get stamped at all of the participating There will be an Easter Egg Frenzie at 10.30am on the Supagolf course at Blakemere, where children must collect as many coloured golf balls as they can in the time available. The winners of each category receive a large Easter Egg and each child a small one for taking part. Categories: Under 5’s, 5 - 10 year olds. Easter Fun in the Fountain Area with children’s entertainer, balloon modelling, games, Talent Competition and more between 10am and 5pm. |

Saturday 7th to Sunday 15th April |
Pick up a Trail Form and follow the Easter Egg Trail around Blakemere. Discover a variety of fun ‘cartoon character’ themed eggs and fill in your form as you go, then vote for your favourite one and you could win some great prizes donated by the shops and attractions within Blakemere. Entry Forms are just £1 each to take part. |

May Bank Holiday Antique Fair: Browse around our free Antique and Collectors Fair, with numerous stalls selling a variety of wonderful items. 10am – 5pm. Circus Workshop available in the courtyard on both days – have a go at juggling, diablo, plate spinning and more with assistance from our hands on workshop team. |

Spring Bank Holiday and Diamond Jubilee Food & Craft Festival: consisting of food and craft stalls offering a great selection of local produce and handcrafted items. Open both days from 10am – 5pm with free admission and parking over the Bank Holiday Weekend. | |
| Tuesday 5th June 2012 | Diamond Jubilee Celebration Street Party in the courtyard with bunting, party food, music and children’s entertainment and games throughout the day from 11.30am until 3.30pm. Design a Poster Competition for the Queens Diamond Jubilee by Local Schools on display and the winner will be ‘crowned’ and receive their prize in the courtyard. |

Countryside Fair 2012: Full of fun for all the family including an Arena Time Table incorporating a Fun Dog Show and a variety of displays and demonstrations. There will be a fantastic Food Hall and Craft Marquee, stalls and activities, clay pigeon shooting, archery and small fairground rides to name but a few. BBQ, Beer Tent, and lots more. Admission £1 per adult (children under 16 free) proceeds going to Blakemere’s Charity of the Year. |

| Saturday 20th to Wednesday 31st October | Scarecrow Trail: Pick up a Trail Form and follow the Scarecrow Trail around Blakemere and along the A49 into the village of Tarporley, collecting the names of each scarecrow as you go. Return your completed forms and be in with the chance of winning some fantastic prizes! Trail forms are just £1 each to take part. |

| Saturday 17th November | Santa’s Grotto Open’s: Santa arrives on our Santa Express with his head elf ‘Jolly Twinkle Toes’ to open his Grotto and Festive Garden Square. Each child receives a small gift, plus a free tea or coffee for parents/guardians. Open every Saturday and Sunday up to Sunday 23rd December 11.00am – 4.00pm and Christmas Eve 11am – 2pm. |

| Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th November | Christmas Extravaganza Weekend: Blakemere kicks off the festive season with its annual Christmas Extravaganza weekend. The shops will have special offers and discounts available only over this weekend, so don’t miss out! Christmas Extravaganza Market: Festive Market with a variety of food and craft stalls, from local producers and artisans. Free admission and parking. Santa Express: ride on our festive land train which runs each Saturday and Sunday up to Christmas. Just £1 per passenger. |

After breakfast enjoy storytelling around the tree and Santa gives each child a small gift before he leaves. Santa arrives with his Elf at 8.30am, so be early to ensure you see them arrive. Breakfast is served from 8.45am. |
